In order to fulfill its mission, Family Missions Company maintains databases that are compiled from information provided to FMC by our missionaries, donors, and website visitors. FMC does not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our donors and website visitors unless required for law enforcement or otherwise required by law.

Family Missions Company respects and protects your privacy and will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to other individuals or companies. The information that you provide is used only to complete your donation and continue correspondence with you.
Please note, Family Missions Company receives Memorial and Special Occasion donations both online and through the mail. FMC may list the names of the donor and the person honored or remembered in our newsletter, unless the donor requests otherwise. This is a well-established policy adopted by most charitable organizations. However, these donation amounts and addresses are never publicly disclosed.
For special campaigns and projects, Family Missions Company or its missionaries may publish donor names and giving amounts in annual publications, our website, or social media in gratitude of these partnerships. If you would like your involvement or giving level kept private, please stipulate that the donation should remain anonymous.
We must disclose pertinent credit/debit card and banking information to appropriate banking institutions for those persons using their credit/debit cards or checking accounts to make donations to Family Missions Company. However, card and banking information collected by Family Missions Company is used strictly for billing and donation purposes.
Complying With the Legal System
Though Family Missions Company makes every effort to preserve donor and customer privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our organization.
