I grew up in a wonderful Catholic family in Nebraska as the eldest of 8 children. The call to mission was first truly put on my heart in Poland during World Youth Day 2016. After graduating from Lourdes Central Catholic in Nebraska City, I entered the Honors program for biotechnology at the University of Nebraska Omaha. I fell in love with UNO’s Newman center community and quickly found myself becoming very involved with FOCUS. I was blessed with the opportunity to lead a bible study and join a mission trip to Bogota, Colombia. Jesus constantly was showing me that He would provide for each and every one of my needs and my brokenness was no match for His perfection because He wanted to do something beautiful with my life.
I had heard of Family Missions Company from my mother in my early high school years. Through many “crazy Jesus stories,” God placed FMC back into my life. His goodness is overwhelming, and He has given me the desire to love others so radically that they have no choice but to see Him in me. Praise the Lord, through this desire, Jesus brought me to Intake 2018-19. Please continue to pray for me as I am now currently serving my first year in Taiwan!
